| Flower Oak Condominium is a 31-unit, five-story former rental property. It was converted to a condominium in 2002 and sold out in the summer of 2003. The building was updated with a new roof, windows, plumbing fixtures, hot water system and more. Units sold were purchased only by owner occupants.
